Albert Crutcher

Founder

Albert Crutcher is the founder of Andean Resource Ventures and has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in mineral exploration across Latin America, with projects in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Nicaragua, Cuba, Guyana, and Suriname.

His experience includes managing soil, stream sediment, and rock sampling programs; coordinating drone surveys, magnetometry, induced polarization, and 3D IP campaigns; and supporting diamond drilling through logistics, contractor management, mobilization, expediting, and operational oversight.

Albert has also worked extensively with mining law, permitting, mining titles, and the administrative processes required to advance exploration projects. Through Andean Resource Ventures, he connects Colombian mineral opportunities with serious national and international investors, and runs the Colombian Mining Portal on LinkedIn, where he promotes positive industry news and encourages responsible foreign investment into Colombia's mining sector.

Jonathan Hermanson

Vice President, Corporate Development

Jonathan Hermanson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from St. Andrews University in North Carolina, USA. He has spent over 15 years in the mineral exploration industry working as part of the successful Exeter Resource Corporation and Extorre Gold Mines Limited group. Jonathan has been working with the Rugby Resources Ltd team since the Company was founded in 2007.

Natalia Montoya Vanegas

Biologist · M.Sc. in Watershed Management · Environmental Law Specialist

Sustainability Director at APMC, Executive Director of BIOTERRITORIO S.A.S. ("La Bióloga Minera"), and Country Director for Colombia at ProMinería. She leads environmental licensing, ESG compliance, and territorial management for the mining and energy sector across Colombia and Latin America, combining technical and scientific rigor with the social and environmental viability of projects. Expert in ANM/ANLA regulatory frameworks, IFC/ESG standards, and ISO 14001/45001 auditing.

Robert Nigel Chapman

Exploration Geologist & Non-Executive Director

Nigel Chapman has 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has lived in Colombia since 2014, currently based in Peru.

During his career as a geologist, he has focused on:

• Project generation and identification of opportunities, company formation, and being a "first mover" into new countries for exploration companies.
• Green-fields / brown-fields exploration project management, designing and managing numerous drilling programmes in varied climates and altitudes.
• Supporting private and public companies with 43-101 / CPR reporting or their IPO process and fundraising.
• Interacting with local communities where appropriate, making sure exploration is advanced in a sustainable and legal manner.
